JeLissa Williams, born in 1988 is a visual artist with a full-time career as a painter.
After graduating from Virginia Union University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, she worked a plethora of jobs ranging from the fast-food industry to retail, and customer service. Realizing she wanted to go into business for herself pursuing art, in December 2021, Art By HoneyB was founded.
Since the launch of Art By HoneyB, she has expanded her art collection painting full time becoming a master at her craft. Pursuing her art professionally, her work has been sold to numerous individuals as she participates in a variety of art shows in her hometown and in surrounding counties.
JeLissa reflects on different situations in her life and merges those experiences with her love for God and HIS Word into her artwork. She aims to inspire, motivate, encourage and evoke positive emotions and conversations about God, and faith with her work through the subject matter that moves you into a serious thought-provoking moment in time where you yourself will render self-reflection and self-evaluation of your life as it pertains to your views about God and where you stand with Him.
